One day. Focused conversations. Practical application.
A Day to Step Back from Managing Projects and
Strengthen How
Projects Are Executed
This is a day to:
Step out of day-to-day project firefighting
Look at execution across projects and shared resources
Learn how experienced practitioners apply Critical Chain
in practice
You won't be working in your project plans. You'll focus
on how work moves through your system.
Why CCPM?
CCPM is the only mainstream project method
explicitly designed to reduce lead time at the system level
Most project environments struggle not because people aren’t working hard, but because too much work is
started at once, priorities shift constantly, and uncertainty is pushed down into individual tasks.
CCritical Chain Project Management takes a different approach. By reducing system-level lead time — not
just optimizing individual tasks — organizations increase throughput and create reliable flow. The result:
they deliver more projects, better, faster, and at a lower cost. It changes how work is released into the
system, how uncertainty is managed at the project level, and how teams are guided during execution —
reducing multitasking, improving focus, and creating a more dependable way to run projects.
Critical Chain Delivers Real Results
Organizations worldwide are using CCPM to optimize projects -
achieving remarkable results:
25% to 100%+ increase in productivity and capacity
Due date reliability hits 95% plus
Projects completed up to 30% faster
Lower costs without sacrificing scope and quality
Learn how you can achieve the same success!

Six introductory Critical Chain videos to get you started
Dr Eliyahu Goldratt is the author of Critical Chain and the inventor of
the Theory of Constraints (TOC), a management philosophy and methodology that is used to improve the
performance of organizations by identifying and addressing the key constraints that are limiting the
organization's ability to achieve its goals. The TOC body of knowledge includes a range of concepts, tools,
and techniques that are used to identify, analyze, and improve the performance of organizational systems.
Today TOC has developed into a comprehensive collection of methods that are used to manage a wide range of
systems and operations of all scales – from personal development, to global multinationals, and governments.
One of the key tools and techniques used in TOC includes Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), a method
developed in the 1990’s for managing projects and resources. After years of development and testing, Goldratt
publicized the Critical Chain method in his book – Critical Chain – in 1997. Critical Chain is often
abbreviated to CC, or CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management).
